The Senior Project manager will support a number of key system implmentations projects for our healthcare client including:
Scope of Services:
- Community Capital Management Solution:
- identify and implement a new solution to track and report on health and wellness facility infrastructure and construction projects
- identify and implement a new solution to track and report on health and wellness facility infrastructure and construction projects
- eHealth CRM:
- They are Looking to leverage a CRM system to help the eHealth and Virtual Health teams to work more efficiently by enhancing: contact & case management, activity management, appointment management, and document/file management.
- They are Looking to leverage a CRM system to help the eHealth and Virtual Health teams to work more efficiently by enhancing: contact & case management, activity management, appointment management, and document/file management.
- Foundation Management:
- Looking to leverage a CRM system to help manage prospective donors, volunteers, and to assist in financial management of charitable donations received. The CRM will need to integrate into the existing PeopleSoft Financial System.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience for Application an Infrastructure projects
- Experience delivering CRM projects (preferably MS Dynamics 365, Power BI, Azure Cloud)
- Experience in RFP and vendor selection/management
- PMP certification
- Experience working within the healthcare sector
- Agile Certifications (ACP, DASM, CSM)
- ITIL v3/v4 certification
Scope of Services:
- Works collaboratively with all business areas, applications and technology teams, and external partners, including First Nations stakeholders, to support in implementing key strategies and organizational priorities.
- Directs and manages multiple, complex, enterprise projects from business case preparation to planning to implementation to closing and post implementation review, directing the project teams and stakeholders through the various phases of projects.
- Facilitates the definition of project strategy, scope and deliverables in coordination with various stakeholders, defines project tasks and resource requirements, and coordinates project activities.
- Manages full project life cycle including discovery, initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, control and documentation; create project documents such as scope statements, plans, work break-down structure (WBS), sprint plans, schedules, charters, presentations and status reports.
- Negotiates with vendors in project contract-related issues.
