Our large retail client is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with exp in User Experience (UX)/Customer Experience (CX) processes.

Duration: 1 year to start
Location: Mississauga (remote for now, in off hybrid as of August)

Must Haves:
  • Modern application development design patterns, systems design and systems integration.
  • SME in providing architecture solutions to transform User Experience (UX) / Customer Experience (CX)
  • Experience with High Volume Data Ingestion Mechanisms, Data Analytics Stores, Data Warehousing, Data Quality Management and Data Lifecycle Management, Structured and Unstructured data.
  • Experience with both on prem and cloud (Azure or GCP) solutions
  • Agile
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with providing architecture for CX platforms such as Qualtrics, Medallia an asset.

Responsibilities:
  • Design project architecture and deliver detailed documentation based on discovery processes to outline a proposed solution which includes options, recommendations, complexity, clarity, and risk factors.
  • Facilitate workshops, design, recommend and evangelize solutions to deliver and amplify UX/CX programs.
  • Provide expertise in building solutions that are aligned with best architecture patterns.
    Build strong relationship with product managers and Enterprise Architects to drive roadmap implementation and reduce Technical debt.
  • Develop internal architectural standards and patterns and standardize the Architecture tools, artifacts, and documentation.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to design and implement new features when needed to ensure that the features developed will meet the needs of customers
