Our valued client is in need of a Senior Technical Architect to lead a team on the final development stages of their Drupal based web portal.
 
Background:
 
Our valued client is currently working on the final stages of developing their enterprise level web portal used nationally to support the procurement of goods and services for the federal government. Our client would like to bring in a senior Architect to oversee a team of resources leading the charge on brining this development to the finish line. The work and development will be primarily in Drupal and as such the individual(s) on this project will need to have extensive experience with Drupal based initiatives.
 
Tasks may include:

• Lead the team on the development timelines, architecture plans, work assignments.
• Coordinate with team on the development lifecycle work breakdown and resolving any issues that arise
• Apply knowledge &experience of working with Drupal APIs, libraries and components. The one’s currently being used: Entity API, Translations, Facet API, Solr Search API, and Date API;
• Apply knowledge and experience building WCAG 2.0 AA compliant websites
• Working in high availability environment and troubleshooting issues to identification of solution
• Develop and support web content management tools and its workflows as well as design integration of Solr and Drupal, extensive development of Search API’s
