Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to complete a thorough review of maintenance and engineering applications .
 
Must Haves:

• 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst
• Proficient in Excel including power query; macro experience; DAX queries, etc.
• Experience with Asset Management
• Understanding of Change Management

 
Nice to haves:

• Experience with business intelligence & analytics, data management

 
Responsibilities:

• Capture information for a universal list of maintenance and engineering applications •
• Determine if there is an existing appropriate IT asset management tool in use today
• Define requirements; identify constraints & risks; document and communicate risks •
• Produce a stakeholder map; a plan; and milestones within the first two weeks of startup
• Communicate with various stakeholders including, business managers, service delivery managers on site, and vendors
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, and analysis to identify data for the application list •
• Investigate details of each application; owner; licenses; support matrix structure, and other metadata for the application list as required
• Interact with the team to ensure that the relevant data with appropriate stakeholders is captured in the Application List
