The Senior Business Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assists the Senior IT Infrastructure Program Manager with coordinating all aspects of the IT infrastructure projects, helping to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and on budget, as identified in the project plan
- Develop Technical Services RFP infrastructure statement of requirements for the “behind the wall” technical infrastructure
- Populate and manage the IT device list by room of the redevelopment
- Participate in the RFP evaluation process
- Participate in the Design and Construction phases
- Assist with tracking project progress according to the project plan, and reports on the status of the projects and any key issues that are encountered
- Preparation of project change requests for any changes in scope, schedule, and budget
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with developing Technical Services RFP infrastructure statement of requirements for IT technical infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to provide user support, advice and training, and other user liaison services.
- Experience with a range of IT infrastructure projects (servers, storage, voice / data / wireless networking) projects in large, outsourced IT service delivery organizations
