Our financial client located in Toronto is in need of a Business Analyst to gather and refine requirements for financial system and to support a new payroll system integration. This BA will be working on BRD for employee payroll systems, vendor management, facilitation, procuring and documenting requirements, and assisting with testing as requred.

- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst supporting Payroll and Financial system integration projects
- Experience gathering requirements for ERP (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) integrations
- SDLC
- Previous Pension Plan/FI/Insurance experience
Nice to Have:
- Start up environment experience
- CBAP Certification
1 round with Program Manager, Project Manager and HR Manager
