Our clien'ts Project Management Office (TS PMO) is looking for an individual who can perform and lead teams as a Scrum Master/Senior Project Manager. In this role the individual initiate, plan, manage, deploy, coach and/or influence leading technology solutions and/or medium scale and medium to high complexity that are high-quality, innovative, efficient, creative, scalable, adaptable, dynamic, fully performing and comply with all standards and best practices in support of business and Client outcomes and objectives.
Works independently and applies industry leading delivery effectiveness skills, tools, practices, and techniques to all deliverables. Demonstrates leading understanding of delivery effectiveness concepts such as: frameworks & concepts (ex: agile, scrum, Kanban), organizing, planning, coaching, servant leading, facilitating, estimating, negotiating, problem solving, managing risk, managing conflict, communicating, and focused on continuously learning more about these domains and continuously honing their craft. Ability to focus on task at hand, follow-through on prescribed plan with ability to be flexible and think under pressure while. Highly motivated team player with a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

Must haves:

8 to 10 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager working recently as a Scrum Master in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, environments
5 to 7 years of experience with implementing medium to large range of technology/business projects; including core infrastructure (data center, cloud computing [AWS, Azure], mainframes, distributed server environments, web-hosting services, desktop, network, telephony, unified communication, security
Solid InfoSec, analytics, data management (data governance, data protection, privacy) specifically experience with microsoft patching
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
