S.i. Systems retail client is looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to lead and mentor all tier-2 support focused team members. This is a leadership position that will need to sit in Vernon, BC at company headquarters. We are looking for someone with a technical background that feels comfortable in a leadership position and will enjoy focusing their time on support related activites.

MUST HAVES:
  • 2+ years’ experience in Team Lead role.
  • 7+ years’ experience in technical support either in tier-2 desktop support/system administration/network administration/application support role.
  • Some experience using; Microsoft Endpoint, Configuration Manager, Citrix Cloud Virtual Desktop OS, Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure.
NICE TO HAVES:
  • ITIL certification.
