The focus of this role is to build  learning solutions in Talent Development’s available authoring (e.g. Articulate 360 suite, Captivate, Lectora) and multimedia tools, and manage digital asset testing and any necessary fixes.

Responsibilities:
‚Äč Design/develop a range of solutions utilizing a variety of approaches to suit multiple learning styles and to achieve learning objectives. Conduct needs assessments, gather and interpret data to identify performance gaps, research and interpret relevant content in conjunction with Advisors and subject matter experts (SME) to make recommendations. Define measurable and achievable performance and learning objectives.
· Collaborate across functions to achieve understanding of the perceived needs or gaps, then determine appropriate training tools and methodologies such as e-learning, multimedia, virtual workshop, knowledge objects, , blended solutions, etc.
· Present content by creating detailed design plans, instructional strategies, objectives, research results, etc. Create recommendations including content highlights, key concepts, and multimedia ideas. Prototype where possible.
· Deliver and implement quality learning on time – Successfully complete high quality learning solutions with agreed upon parameters, determine success criteria, prepare for effective implementation of learning programs, monitor results of learning programs and implement updates to improve on layout and content.
· Ensure learning asset quality through the application of standards, testing, revision management and troubleshooting.

Must Haves:
· 3-5 years exp in a similar Learning Development role
· 2-3 years of experience with Lectora - this role is very hands-on with this tool
· Experience developing learning materials
· Able to work with and manipulate existing templates
· Evidence of being able to test courses on an LMS and troubleshoot any issues that might arise in relation to completion, scoring etc.
