Role Title: 41475-1 -  Jr. Power BI Reporting Analyst/ Developer to support the creation of dashboards for executive reporting for a financial services client

Length of Contract: 3.5 months coverage with possible extension
Working Location: Preferable Scarborough or DT Toronto (but Work From Home for now)

Role Mandate:
This role is primarily required for ongoing business management activities including creation of management and executive dashboards and executive reporting. This resource would be responsible to gather, scrub and consolidate data, looking for efficiencies and ways to automate using PowerBI. This resource would also be responsible for documenting process procedures.
Power point skills to put presentations together.

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong MS Office Skills, MS project, Excellent Power BI skills, and excellent Powerpoint and Vlookups
• Strong SharePoint 2013 skills
• Strong documentation skills/ability to run and manipulate reports via raw data, excel, etc, via excel
• Previous banking experience
• Power BI workflow automation and reporting skills experience


Role Responsibilities Include:
• Work with various raw data, excel reports, pulling and integrating data from various sources, looking for efficiencies and automating workflows
• Support the tracking of internal team work activities and progress/status
• Attend various meetings and scribe minutes as required
• Build management and executive dashboards and other activities as required.
• Prepare powerpoint and other ad hoc reports / documentation as requested
• Liaise with internal teams including the Business Management team and various lines of business staff / management.


Interview Process:
One or two rounds, in person via Teams meeting, with Hiring Manager- possibly a second round required.
