Position Title: Int. Technical Analyst to support a vendor management system (Beeline) for a large financial client
Line of business: Procurement
Location: Hybrid, preference to be physically located within GTA (in office once weekly and/or when needed)
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Role Mandate: The Procurement Solutions Design & Strategy team manages applications and tools related to procurement projects, enhancements, configurations and day to day service models. The selected candidate will be assigned to support the Beeline tool used for External Talent from a servicing and project perspective.

Role Responsibilities:
Application support on external talent tool
• Solutions design
• Technical documentation (specs, designing)
• Technical documentation (various types)
• Gathering project requirements
• Testing strategy
• UAT coordination & execution
• Defect resolution and management
• Configuration activities
• Deployment and cutover activities
• Reporting

Must Have Skills:
• Experience in Beeline (preferred), Workday, PeopleSoft
• Experience with procurement tools
• Technical deployment project experience
• Software development project experience
• Cloud solutions experience
• Digital process transformation experience

Nice to Have Skills:
• Ability to handle and manipulate data
• Understanding of integration types and technologies (API, CXML, CSV flat files) and migration experience
• Procurement tools experience
• Knowledge of SAAS application deployment and SDLC lifecycle
• P2P systems
• Advanced-Expert level Excel skills (able to learn macros if needed)
