Position Title: CRM Campaign Analyst
Business Line: GAM Distribution Support
Length of Contract: 12 months with possible extension
Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days a week in DT Toronto
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in the position of CRM Campaign Analyst. The primary responsibility is to manage the strategic targeting of clients across the various distribution channels and product lines. This will be a proactive, data centric individual, passionate about driving results through targeting and campaigns to identify key opportunities for the sales force.
This role will sit on the Salesforce team and will have direct exposure to sales leadership across all the distribution teams and product types.
Must Have Skills:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud (2+years), Financial Services Cloud preferred (1- 2 years)
• MS Office (must have Excel expert level)
• Dashboard design & construction
• End - to - end campaign management experience
Nice to Have Skills:
• SQL familiarity
• SAS
• Pardot/account engagement
Job Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of CRM based client engagement analytics to build out specific strategies for expanding buyers across all channels
- Dashboard construction to visualize opportunities and growth
- End to end data evaluation and improvement of data systems and processes to enable effective targeting
- Hands on identification and resolution of data issues
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness ($ return on spend & KPI tracking)
Interviews:
- Rounds: Two rounds with a possible third with HM
- Where? MS Teams for Round 1. Prefer in-person at DT Toronto office for Round two (or three)
