Must Have:
Experience with coordination and administrative to support a Vice President and Director. 
Awareness of project management methodologies
Strong planning, scheduling, communication and customer facing skills
Significant competency in typical PM and office productivity software (Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

The skillset is similar to that of a project coordinator and that experience would be beneficial, though the candidate will not be coordinating projects per se.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for directly managing a number of agreed work packages or activities within a project.
Facilitate planning and scheduling activities under guidance of the Project Manager.
Facilitate meetings with coordination activities, presentations, meeting minutes and associated follow-ups.
Assist in building an environment ensuring that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.
Provide regular status reporting to project management team.
Participate in Project Management community activities.
Normally follows established work procedures on routine work.
Escalate issues and inquiries as appropriate.
Awareness of project management methodologies.
High-level conceptual understanding of IT domains (desktop, server, security, network, apps etc.)
Strong planning, scheduling, communication and customer facing skills.
