Our valued public sector client is in need of an Agile Project Manager to support the management of digital upgrades to improve automation for a suite of intelligence applications.
Project Description:
This project is supporting a IM/IT Digital Strategy to upgrade and enhance business processes and applications across the organization, specifically they are modernizing their intelligence product suite to improve automation throughout the organization.

This project is supporting a IM/IT Digital Strategy to upgrade and enhance business processes and applications across the organization, specifically they are modernizing their intelligence product suite to improve automation throughout the organization.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years managing IM/IT digtal upgrade projects
- 2 projects using Agile Methodology
- 1 project within Canadian Federal Government, Crown Corp or Provincial Public Sector organization.
- Secret Clearance
- Managing the implementation of the project to identify, analyze, plan, track and control progress on a continuous basis.
- Supporting agile procurement processes;
- Coordinate, monitor and contribute to the development of IM/IT procurement actions in support of client requirements and deliverables;
- Facilitate cross-functional agile team(s) of business owners and development team(s) during the design, development and deployment phases.
- Work with Product Owners and Product Manager on Product Development process for business automation projects, (create backlog, prioritize, identify top business value, start sprints etc.)
- Support the IM/IT sector communicate and adopt, from a change management perspective, the product management operating model within IM/IT and throughout the organization.
- Plan, organize and schedule work during all phases of the work;
- Work collaboratively with the Project Authority to implement an Agile approach to support business requirements (budgetting, business cases, procurement documentation, project charter, etc.)
- Making recommendations, providing advice for improvements to Senior Management and assisting in developing solutions and implementing recommendations (for example policy development and standards development)
- Assisting in the prioritization and assignment of projects within the program/portfolio
- Supporting and facilitating project negotiation efforts, product roadmap and deliverables, consistently adhering to predefined quality measurements to meet business needs and direction;
