Our telecommunications client is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Telephone Operator to work with Law Enforcement Agencies across Canada in emergency situations. (On site in Edmonton)
 
Must Haves:
  • Experience within a Call Center environment
  • Bilingual in both English & French (written and verbal) 
  • Available to work on a 24/7/365 shift rotation
    • The successful candidate will be working 3 days a week (12.5-hour shifts. Morning/Evening shifts)
  • Experience interfacing with various levels of authority
Nice to Haves:
  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • Ability to learn new applications easily (Google Suite, MS Windows & Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Experience with troubleshooting, issue resolving, and performing root cause analysis, with strong analytical, and problem solving skills
Project details:
  • As a part of the Emergency Response Center, you will provide support in real-time to law enforcement agencies and emergency responders across Canada (where the client has service in) with 911 emergencies and/or imminent threat to life and/or property while protecting subscriber privacy and the Clients brand.
