Story Behind the Need
Business group: Global Compliance Transformation Program Office
Project: Multiple projects at the Program level – big focus on technology transformation next year as there will be platform changes within Global Compliance and procedures within Compliance, with pillars including system enhancements. Resource assigned to projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Manages people process, technology impacts of a work stream or multiple work streams under Global Compliance Transformation program (may support more than 1 workstream at a time)
- Creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize business and employee adoption and usage of the changes, working to drive faster adoption and higher utilization while minimizing resistance
- Change management is a discipline - follows discipline to ensure all people impacts are managed for the work stream that they manage
- Ensures change initiative projects meet objectives on time
- Executes and not only designing on the artifacts
- Documents and produces organizational change work including change readiness, input to communication development, input to talent management processes, input to leadership and ownership, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plan.
- Establishes personal engagement agreement with business sponsor(s) and stakeholder(s); facilitates shared meaning and commitment to goals.

Must Have Skills:
1) 3-5 years Change Management Experience - must have comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and practices - proven work experience of change management work stream from initial vision to post implementation
2) 3-5+ years transformation/project management experience (eg. PMs, Product Owners, PCOs, Business Owners etc.) – demonstrated experience with the rollout of large, complex projects
3) 3-5 Years Microsoft Suite Product knowledge – including PowerPoint and Excel
4) Demonstrated experience working with Executive level Stakeholders and managing expectations

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Bilingual in Spanish
2) Technology transformation experience

Education: University degree or equivalent working experience.
Prosci or ADKAR Certifications an asset
