Our Healthcare client is seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to provide customer support and perform administrative tasks for a healthcare product. Work can be done from the comfort of your own home, fully remote. - 18393
3 month contract with possibilities of extensions. MUST be available all 7 days of the week and have availability from 7:30AM to 10:30PM PST.
Must Haves:

Must Haves:
- Previous experience with providing excellent customer service to different level's of executives
- Previous experience calling different patients and/or customers with strong attention to detail
- Must have ability to use different computer systems such as Google Suite and Adobe
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to patients and other health care centres, also responding to emails and updating patient records as required.
- You will update and manage patient records and handle general phone calls and emails. You will also contact other clinics and pharmacies in order to obtain updates as required.
