Infrastructure Technology Delivery Analyst responsible for providing wired/wireless server, network, and desktop expertise to special ITS projects and enterprise rollouts

Location: Head office: Mississauga (hybrid) 
Travel : 80% travel (ON, QB, BC, AB)

**Valid driving license and car required - comfortable travelling on planes for work**
Our client is looking for an Intermediate Infrastructure Technology Delivery Analyst  responsible for providing wired/wireless server, network, and desktop expertise to special ITS projects and enterprise rollouts

Responsibilities:

• Implements new technology-based solutions in residences
• Participates in design, build and test activities
• Assists with the creation of site survey and as-built documentation, test scripts
• Provides frontline end user support as required
• As requested, research, and recommends hardware and software products
• Complies with all project management expectations relating to documentation standards, status reporting etc.
• Conducts onsite activities with an emphasis on posing the least negative impact to Operations as possible

Must Haves:

• Experienced in wired infrastructure (CISCO switches etc)
• Experienced in wireless infrastructure (Aruba, WiFi plants)
• VoIP telephony expertise ( Cisco Unified Communications)

• Structured Cabling 
• Emergency Help Call Systems 
• CCNA
