What to Expect:
  • Based on how high-level solution provided by architects you will write specification documents, perform development mainly using Microsoft Tools, conduct unit test, migration of the code to various environments, support UAT and post go-live.
  • Will be co-ordinating work with project team including architects, middleware and ERP Cloud teams and business users.
Required Technical Skills:
  • 3+ years of systems/applications/database development experience in ASP.NET 
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL Development with the ability to modify/create database objects in SQL Server.
  • Bilingual  (English & French) 
  • Should be comfortable working with Unix operating system and SFTP based file transfers.
Nice to have Skills:
  • Experience in Oracle ODI
  • Knowledge of Google OCR, IICS, and Oracle ERP
  • Experience of working in Cloud
  • Insurance industry knowledge
Required Soft Skills:
  • Ability to analyze technical requirements and make determinations for modifications of existing programs/modules.
  • Should be familiar with software development life cycle. Develop and maintain clear documentation.
  • Must be able to take ownership of solutions to complex problems and take the implementation to completion.
  • Must have the aptitude to quickly learn new environment and processes.
  • Must be able to work in a self-driven manner within a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with other team members and stake holder. Convey problems, solutions, updates, and project status to peers and management.
  • Ability to work with end users and help train new team members as needed.
