Position Summary:


  • The Operational Learning and Performance (OLP) team provides innovative and digital learning, quality, and knowledge management solutions to the Canadian Operations business lines. Our solutions are aligned to the overall strategy and vision for Canadian Operations and enable our business partners to provide client centric service excellence.
  • As part of Operational Learning & Performance (OLP), you will be joining an energetic and collaborative team who designs and develops leading-edge learning solutions. We use a variety of design tools and methodologies to support our Canadian Operational business partners across for digital and adaptive solutions.
  • The Learning Designer creates innovative, digital, adaptive and engaging solutions aligned to the best practices and standards for design delivery. This role provides design solutions that align to the OLP Learning Strategy and Canadian Operations business strategies. The Learning Designer challenges the status quo with forward thinking and consults to understand the needs of our business partners to provide digital learning solutions.


Must haves:

  • 5+ years of instructional designer experience
  • Bilingual English/French written and speaking skills
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using curriculum design tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Connect – Virtual Room, SimWriter, Snagit, HTML 5 and SharePoint
  • Expert knowledge of modern adult learning techniques, instructional design, creative writing, and design to create interactive and effective learning platforms based on the complexity of project content.
  • Expert ability in developing highly detailed WBT storyboards and ILT design layouts using set design templates.
