Our valued IT & Security Services client is actively seeking an Int. Bilingual IT Account Manager to act as main point of contact for existing clients with managed IT Services, including cloud and cybersecurity.

 

Permanent opportunity, working hybrid (2 days onsite/3days remote) in Montreal (St-Laurent).

 

Responsibilities

·        Manage and maintain strong relationships with 20-30 existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all IT services-related needs.

·        Understand the unique technology requirements and business goals of each client, ensuring that IT solutions align with their needs.

·        Collaborate with clients to develop and implement technology strategies, including networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.

·        Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

·        Act as a liaison between clients and the technical teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution and issue resolution.

·        Work closely with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts, including upselling additional services or solutions.

·        Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly, maintaining high levels of client retention.

·        Provide technical support and guidance to clients, including assistance with Microsoft products (Defender, Sentinel, MS 365), vulnerability management with Tenable, penetration testing (red team/blue team exercises), and CrowdStrike for endpoint security.

·        Collaborate with clients to develop and maintain robust cybersecurity strategies, including data center security and Azure-specific security measures.

·        Ensure that clients are utilizing services to their full potential and assist with training or onboarding as needed.

·        Develop and maintain account plans, including financial forecasts, to ensure the profitability and growth of client accounts.

 

Must-Have Skills

·            Experience as an IT Account Manager

·            Experience working with IT Services Provider or Security Services Providers

·            Excellent communication skills in English and French

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

·            Cloud or Data Center experience 

·            Experience with Microsoft Suite Products (Azure, Defender, Sentinel, MS 365)

·            Vulnerability management experience (ex. Tenable)

·            Ethical hacker certification

·            Endpoint Security (Crowdstrike)
