Our valued Telehealth client is seeking an Int. Bilingual Marketing Content Coordinator to create user-behavior-based nurture content and launch programs to market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong expertise for the product and communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure programs are launched to market effectively and efficiently.
- Support the customer journey from awareness to post-acquisition to ensure adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with colleagues on best-in-class adoption, utilization and retention campaigns
- Seek customer advocates and work with them to create and publish their story
- Create and optimize user-behavior-based nurture content to engage users and help them make the most out of the product
- Support communication requirements for service upgrades and product changes, and manage the maintenance and optimization of digital resources
- Develop new ways to engage with users, especially those in large clinics and clinic chains
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to understand competitors, customer perception, behavior and insights
- 3+ years of experience with B2B marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Marketing automation experience/skills (Software: Marketo, Salesforce marketing cloud, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua)
- Data driven -proven experience using data to inform decision making
- Digital marketing and product marketing experience
