Our valued Telehealth client is seeking an Int. Bilingual Marketing Content Coordinator to create user-behavior-based nurture content and launch programs to market.

Initial 12-month contract, fully remote across Canada

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong expertise for the product and communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure programs are launched to market effectively and efficiently.
  • Support the customer journey from awareness to post-acquisition to ensure adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on best-in-class adoption, utilization and retention campaigns
  • Seek customer advocates and work with them to create and publish their story
  • Create and optimize user-behavior-based nurture content to engage users and help them make the most out of the product
  • Support communication requirements for service upgrades and product changes, and manage the maintenance and optimization of digital resources
  • Develop new ways to engage with users, especially those in large clinics and clinic chains
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to understand competitors, customer perception, behavior and insights
Must-Have Skills
  • 3+ years of experience with B2B marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Nice-To-Have Skills:
  • Marketing automation experience/skills (Software: Marketo, Salesforce marketing cloud, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua)
  • Data driven -proven experience using data to inform decision making
  • Digital marketing and product marketing experience
