Int. Business Analyst/IT Analyst to support the End User Computing (EUC) team on process execution
Length: 12 Months (High Possibility of Extension)Location: Sudbury (Work from Office 1 -2 Days a week)
The IT Analyst will provide support to the End User Computing (EUC) team on process execution of service owner tasks and initiatives. EUC services include deskside PC support, printing, mass notification paging, analog and VoIP phones, radios, wireless networking, mobility, and voice/data cabling.
Must Have Skills:
-Process Management/Process Improvement Experience
-ITIL
