Responsibilities:

Business Excellence Lean Process Consulting is recruiting a Business Analyst who will be joining a cross functional team who focus on designing process solutions to the various business areas
As a business analyst you will help bridge the gap between IT and the business using your ability to assess processes and software systems, determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders and executives.

What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?

Scope of the work is not complex and is very focused. There is currently a framework in place to follow which reduces complexity for the candidate to be able to facilitate and create desired outcomes.
Work with Project Sponsor to establish project scope.
Gathering and documenting process documentation, process flows and work instructions with business partners.
Facilitate workshops focused on the co-creation of future state process designs and solutions that meet requirements, performance, and stability.
Document future state process flows and system requirements.
Make recommendations for process/system enhancements.

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience as a business analyst specializing in process improvement (process documentation, process flows and work instructions)
Experience facilitating workshops focused on the co-creation of future state process designs and solutions that meet requirements, performance, and stability.
Well versed in process improvement frameworks including Agile. Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking
