bank recently required an entity, and this project is about taking business and integrate that business into the program. Meeting with various partners, integration office, business specific partners, coordinating activities, achieving milestones, lead meeting, provide executive updates, the work week is structured, would need to  prepare agendas, track progress to report to  integrations offices and its more of a strategic and oversight guidance role, leadership and  consulting experience greatly valued

Reporting to the Corporate Defense Integration lead, the team is looking for a highly seasoned project professional with a track record of successful deliver. This role will:
•       Support identification of Corporate Defense's Integration milestones, and management of delivery timelines and various project artifacts;
•       Provide proactive communication, guidance and support to The Banks Corporate Defense and staff involved in the Integration;
•       Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to Bank leadership at all levels and to the Integration Management Office;
•       Attend and actively participate in integration meetings as needed, including as a delegate for the Corporate Defense Integration Lead;
•       Provide clear & timely communication on activities, decisions and risks to The Banks Corporate Defense and Integration teams as required; and

Job Requirements:
•       Strategic, visual, and critical long-term thinking and thought leadership; previous experience developing and executing on strategy and delivering superior results in both the short and long term
•       Expertise in integrating cross function understanding within own field of specialty for leading projects
•       Adept in using MS Office Suite of productivity tools
•       Experience supporting risk management methodologies
•       Proficiency in understanding and communicating difficult business concepts and converting information to compelling business context, solutions and advice
•       Strong influential skills to gain alignment across increasingly senior shareholders while exercising discretion in confidential matters
•       An intellectual mind with positive attitude who can deliver programs and projects by prioritizing and multi-tasking in a demanding environment
