Int. Business Analyst to support Corporate Real Estate Team for large banking client - 40926

Location: Toronto (primarily remote)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Job Description:
The selected candidate will be supporting the Corporate Real Estate team’s integration activities for an acquisition related project. The candidate will work as a liaison among business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems.
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Tracking meeting outcomes and interpreting what tasks are needed to be included on the work plan (based on the meeting outcomes)
• Conducting a gap analysis and making recommendations for a seamless integration
• Generate recommendations in the form of briefings, reports and other major documents provided to senior level stakeholders
• Develop and conduct training collateral for new/integrated CRE models
 
Must Have Skills:

• 5+ yrs of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience gathering business requirements from client groups and lines of business' and converting these into functional specification documents
• Banking/Financial Industry experience

 
Nice to Have Skills:

• Exposure to Corporate Real Estate
• Previous acquisition experience
