Our valued Telecommunications client is actively seeking an Int. Business Systems Analyst to support the post-live SAP SuccessFactors ECT transformation.


Initial 12 month contract, fully remote in Canada


Responsibilities:

  • Be the lead on translating business requests into formal business requirements and seeing them through the phases of an agile project to delivery
  • Ensuring HR system (core HR, pay, benefits and time) is properly configured and according to legislation, collective agreement, internal polices and/or best practice
  • Support daily payroll and time management operations in the area of issue and escalation management, that includes reporting, analyzing and resolving issues
  • Perform quality testing in our test and production environments, supporting all changes in your portfolio
  • Lead or assist in various projects, system changes and audits.
  • Own your relationship with our customers and be the point of contact for their requests
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support and deliver various programs for our team members, with a slant towards the team member experience
  • Support incident/escalation processes to minimize system outage time and exceed the quality of service
  • Provide critical business insights and thought leadership
  • Build strong relationships across the HR community and represent HR Operations at meetings both internally and externally with vendor partners
  • Act as a HRIS subject matter expert and conduct systems analysis including recommendations that drive strategic solutions
  • Prioritize the customer experience above all else
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive improved team member experiences


Must have skills:

  • 2+ years of Systems Analysis experience with HRIS
  • SAP SuccessFactors ECP (Employee Central Payroll)
  • SAP SuccessFactors ECT (Employee Central Time)


Nice to have skills:

  • Communication skills in English & French
  • Experience building, assigning and tracking testing scenarios
