Int. Campaign Analyst to provide end to end campaign execution support for our Global Banking Client 


Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 2-3 days)
Contract - Ends Dec 31st 2023 

MUST HAVES: 
  • 3+ years of proven experience in campaign execution competency involving relational databases
  • 3+ years Proficiency with personal computers and programming in SAS, SQL
  • 3+ years Proficiency with CRM tools like CIM, Celebrus and Pega
  • Strong query writing skills necessary.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience in Financial Services industry desired.
About the role: 

Provide end to end campaign execution support, across all channels (Leads, Mail, Email and Banners), to CRM team and business stakeholders. Understand the campaign requirements and ensure seamless execution of campaigns with 100% accuracy. Understand the various data sources and help perform campaign sizing and analysis to assist CRM team with campaign planning and design.


Responsibilities: 
  • Lead projects, initiate analysis, and propose solutions for campaign execution and offer fulfillment initiatives within WPB.
  • Collaborate with offshore team on campaign development, and stakeholder (CRM, Analytics, Product and Proposition teams) engagement.
  • Work independently, with management, and/or CRM team to document campaign requirements. Gather campaign requirements, code, test, debug, create documentation and execute.
  • Translate loosely defined campaign requirements from CRM into clear targeting rules for execution.
  • Make recommendations to help evolve and improve the Campaign Process and streamlining opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain campaign execution and fulfillment programs to support CRM and business stakeholders.
  • Investigate campaign issues raised by CRM and business and help address those by identifying the root cause and implement solutions to prevent them.
  • Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with client and/or regulatory standards and policies.
  • Maintains client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
  • Improve the awareness and provide support in the use of information solutions by business analysts.
