Must-haves:

  • Experience offering Post-Sales Support.
  • Stock trading business knowledge such as, Trade allocation & matching / Swift / Locates / Availability / T+1 reporting processing

Job Profile:

A client facing technologist role for someone who is technically suitable with strong communication skills A member of this is a global team requiring a front office facing engineer facing off to Securities Financing business, External Clients other global teams and other 3rd parties managing owning mini projects end to end.


Key skills include analytical mind set, strong design skills and ability to test the system enhancements (Full Stack)



  • Strong networking ability with exposure to SFTP/ HTTPS / Trade allocation & matching / Swift / Locates / Availability / T+1 reporting processing desirable
  • Exposure to previous banking flows and domain is desirable but not crucial
  • Timely response to the client/ our client service team’s queries or technical issues / Escalations and global hand over
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions/policies, internal control standards and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group’s standards of ethical behavior.


The role asks for previous experience in networking, demonstrate the ability to find solutions and drive initiatives to achieve the strategic architecture. We manage work load through Jira, and document though confluence. The role involves an element of regional support – we support the work we do to drive excellence. Favorable tools such as Monitoring tools (Geneos) / version control (GIT) / file transmission protocol and network systems (common topologies, protocols etc) are desirable but not critical
