About the Role:
• Be able to supervise and manage two complaints inbox – the Escalated Complaints and Commissioner of Complaints inbox.
• Be able to acts as a resource for key internal stakeholders to help them support the new legislative environment and requirements.
• Proficient in Excel – Macros
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.
• The ideal individual has the capacity to work well under tight timelines while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Expert level written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required as well as a strong decision-making ability and attention to detail. This person must be exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting a variety of key customers.
