Daily Responsibilities:
- Managing new client setup tasks, and mapping and updating the appropriate reference data into CDR
- Reconciling client reference data against a variety of external sources, and ensuring that the data being added to CDR is accurate and verifiable
- Reviewing any exception reports for data supplied from internal systems to ensure that CDR is aligned with source systems and that the data is correct
- Supporting project initiatives through creating new client records or implementing new onboarding processes
- Performing UAT and PIV testing during CDR release cycles
- Experience with KYC/onboarding processes (1-2 yrs experience)
- Investigation and research experience – able to translate real-world entities and relationships into a data model (1-2 yrs experience)
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- SQL queries to perform lookups and to filter data based on criteria
- Awareness of trading and settlement processes, and the ways in which client data attributes are used
- Extracting data to present metrics and reports
