Must Haves:

Level 2/3 support

Windows 10, 11 service desk experience

Apple products - MacBook ipad

Microsoft 365 - office, Teams.

Resolve workstation related issues - laptop and desktop

SCCM mange the deployment and security of devices and applications across an enterprise.

Experience supporting A/V equipment in meetings is also a nice to have (Logitech cameras mounted to the TVs and connected to computers via HDMI and USB,
