Our client is a Global Leader in the hospitality and food services space. They are looking for an Int Deskside support specialist with MS 365 suite, Windows 10,11, SCCM to support workstations, and network related issues (Leve 2,3).
Must Haves:
Level 2/3 support
Windows 10, 11 service desk experience
Microsoft 365 - office, Teams.
Resolve workstation related issues - laptop and desktop
SCCM mange the deployment and security of devices and applications across an enterprise.
Wireless network support
Root cause analysis
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting A/V equipment in meetings is also a nice to have (Logitech cameras mounted to the TVs and connected to computers via HDMI and USB
