Our valued client is looking for an Intermediate Desktop Support Technician!
1 year contract, 100% onsite in Ottawa
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Desktop support responsible for resolving end user hardware & software issues, computing, network, telephony and account issues.
- Maintain Conference rooms & A/V equipment (projectors, televisions, etc.) and support audio/video requirements for events including town-hall meetings, VTC and webcasts.
- Basic support & troubleshooting of printers/copiers.
- Windows OS installation support, client health, and deploy windows images to systems
- Maintain inventory of computer hardware and other IT equipment
- Assist senior administrators testing and troubleshooting as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
- IT related diploma (technician) and/or related experience in an IT user support environment
- Experience in documentation, record keeping, follow up, investigation/troubleshooting, problem solving and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- audio/visual experience for support of conference rooms
- Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Experience with M365 and MS Suite applications
