Location: 88 queensquay (2 DAYS IN OFFICE PER WEEK)
Overview:
Implement the integrated digital marketing strategy & tactics for Personal Loans & Auto Finance business in alignment with DM&S’ merchandising approach with focus on client experience and key measurable areas for acquisition, lead generation and retention.
Responsibilities:
• Optimize website pages and develop effective digital tools, calculators and interactive sales aids to drive user engagement in alignment with key acquisition, lead generation and retention strategies.
• Manage projects related to website development and maintenance, and evolving functionality across desktop, tablet and mobile channels in alignment with core DMS strategies.
• Execute testing of various web properties for usability, design, content and functionality
• Implement Search Engine Optimization tactics to enhance website performance and drive revenue
• Create new tracking and reporting capabilities for digital properties using Google Analytics suite of products.
• Provide consulting advice on digital marketing best practices, information architecture, and developing mock-ups / prototypes for integrated marketing campaigns.
Must Haves:
· 3+ years of digital marketing and corporate web design experience
· Solid understanding of responsive design framework
· Strong background in SEO/SEM. Must be able to show experience in developing an SEO strategy and techniques used to enhance page rankings
· Extensive experience with Digital Marketing Campaigns and Digital Analytics, including Google Analytics. Must be able to show strong experience with using Google Analytics and Google Optimize. (GA3 OR GA4)
Nice to Have:
· Proven project and vendor management experience
· Experience with UX design
· Experience with financial services industry, including previous experience with technology development
· Basic understanding of design coding (JavaScript, HTML 5 & CSS, design applications, server side includes/dynamic page development, databases/data integration & APIs, and experience with FTP for file transfers)
