Global Asset Management is seeking a 1-year contract for a highly detail-oriented digital operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Operations Manager (DOps), you will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our business-as-usual processes, managing digital technology systems, and providing insights to drive our digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing individuals, digital platforms, and systems to ensure smooth and efficient functionality.

- Operations & Support x1


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee pipeline of Day-to-day work and work with Senior manager digital strategy to assign workload to teams.

- Triage all incoming support issues and assign them accordingly.

- Analyze existing digital operations processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, and scalability.

- Develop and implement streamlined processes to increase operational efficiency and align with digital team objectives.

- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Support and Manage day-to-day agency relationships with key digital partners.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and build out digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.

- Partner with analytics leads to collect, analyze, and interpret 360 marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and provide insights to partners.

- Develop reports and dashboards to track metrics, campaign performance, and ROI

- Provide regular reports and analysis to the marketing team and other stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

- Standardize and operationalize all channel reporting

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of site content, campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and providing actionable recommendations


Must Have Requirements:

- 2-4 years in a Managerial position/ Project Management/ FinTech or MarCom operations/ Financial product experience

- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.

- Experience with CRM and automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot Pardot, Salesforce, or other similar platforms)

- Experience with analytics tools and dashboards (i.e. Adobe, GA, Data Studio)

- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.

- CMS - broad market

- Understand workflow processes through WorkFront - gap analysis/continue improvements - proficient

- Knowledge or experience SaaS

- 2nd round with Director - 30 min vis MS Teams
