Title: Email Marketing Manager
Contract Length: 12 months (Highly likely to be extended or converted to fte)
Location: 88 Queens Quay (2 days in office hybrid)
Overview:
Plan email marketing campaigns. Work with Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Data partners to ensure accurate creative and targeting for every campaign.
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordination of the end-to-end campaign production process ensuring
that deadlines are met and email/adserve messages are deployed to
market error-free
· Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment
· Be a subject matter expert on channel best practices including
optimization tactics and expert knowledge of CASL & CAN-SPAM
regulations.
· Reporting and analysis/evaluation of email campaign results through
Google Analytics
· Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards with
respect to email development and online marketing and be able to
research, recommend, and apply/roll out new technologies as they
emerge
AUTHORITIES, IMPACT, RISK
· Authority to approve email campaign deployment tests for live testing, and coordinate approval for live deployment
· Recommend enhancements/changes to Email Standards
· This position is expected to solve operational problems of small to medium complexity with little guidance
· Recommend to Senior Manage, Digital Messaging, development priorities and opportunities to implement projects and technologies that support Email Marketing KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Must Haves:
· 3+ years of email marketing experience preferably in the financial or
retail industry
· Minimum 2 years’ experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or Adobe campaign, marketo, campaign monitor, hubspot)
developing both simple and complex journeys via Journey Builder
· Knowledge of CASL
· Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment

· Knowledge of email privacy laws, and CAN-SPAM
