Project Scope: supporting employee engagement projects for risk management team, coordinating learning and development sessions with HR, support DE & I initiatives, town halls, work with HR to coordinate and roll out events
Job Description
• Support employee engagement and adoption of change to achieve business results aligned to business strategies and manage potential impacts to colleagues and stakeholders
• Provide professional support in the design, development and execution of various internal/external events: meetings, roadshows, conferences, stakeholder events and programs for assigned business area(s) or function
• Support the Reward & Recognition Program via Appreciate!, which can include leading R&R Champion meetings and reporting
• Support Risk Management's Inclusion & Diversity strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders and leading the execution of events and initiatives
• Plan and support the delivery of events and ensure alignment with business strategy and brand, may work with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts and review clauses as appropriate
• Monitor and understand industry trends, identify issues and opportunities, and provide recommended action to appropriate stakeholders, gather and integrate information and research to support the development of future events
• Create and maintain colleague engagement platforms such as Connections, Intranet and SharePoint
• Ensure the brand is incorporated and protected during the events organized
• Provide functional / business level communications on event planning activities to ensure messages to stakeholders and /or internal / external partners are consistent, appropriate and aligned to business strategies and management direction
• Participate in cross-functional / enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert providing guidance for complex situations

MUST HAVE:
- 2+ Years experience supporting Employee Engagement Projects
- Advanced skills in Power Point, MS Office Suites
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
