- The IAM MFA Analyst will be accountable for the delivery and implementation of security technology that supports the Global Identity and Access Management Domain for the Company. S/he will participate in the execution and implementation of the IAM program.
- Reporting directly to the Director, IAM Capabilities & Technology Support, the incumbent will work with the IAM Operations team to administer and support authentication technology and processes.
- This will be in the form of day-to-day support, consulting, continuous improvement activities, onboarding new web/mobile channels and performing upgrades.
- Your goal is to provide stellar service, have a continuous improvement mindset to help drive operational efficiencies and secure our authentication systems under the IAM Domain.
- Understand Logical Access Security Standard (LASD) and policy around Data Privacy for the Company is a must.
Must haves:
- 3+ years of Security/IAM administration and management
- Experience with Okta MFA (WIC), Okta OAuth (SaaS)
- Strong technical skills in supporting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies, Transmit Security and Okta and authentication protocols – SAML, JWT, OpenID and OAuth, SSO, OIDC
- Work experience in Financial Industry
Nice to haves:
- University degree/college diploma in related discipline(s) or equivalent work experience, and/or 3+ years in security IT industry experience.
- Professional designation in IT security (such as CISSP, CISA, CISM) preferred.
- Splunk, Certificate Management, Service Now, etc
- Experience in supporting systems: SiteMinder, Splunk, MongoDB, SQL, CyberArk, Venafi, Sailpoint and BI reporting will be considered.
