Project Scope:
  • HR Customer Service Advice – training on how to manage calls concerns around microaggressions and bias, training on HR advice on how to ensure issues are resolved,
  • Deliver training on anti-racism on anti-black racism, people managers executive and leaders

MUST HAVE:
  • 2+ years expereince as an L&D Designer
  • Curriculum Design, Content Design 
  • Experience using ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation)  
  • MS Suite – Power Point/Word/Excel



NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in Diversity Equity and Inclusion work – understanding/experience in Black Experiences business strategic priorities, enable people strategies within the Black Experiences area of focus, and impact key Black Experiences business measures)
