Int. Manager of Customer Growth to support Retail Banking LOB for large banking client - 58310

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid - in office Tues/Thurs)

Duration: 2 years (possible conversion to FT)


Job Description:

The Manager, Customer Growth will be a key member of the Everyday Banking Customer team responsible for supporting ongoing work and specific projects that will drive customer acquisition growth and help customers make Real Financial Progress. The role will conduct analysis and investigations, outline insights and next steps, and support the implementation of initiatives in collaboration with business partners. The role will also be responsible coordinating across the team and with business partners to develop recommendations and materials for meetings with senior leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support key projects to drive customer acquisition, growth, and retention by conducting analysis, developing recommendations, and creating presentations to generate support for ideas and implementation approach

• Implement key initiatives by working effectively with partners within Everyday banking team, Marketing, Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Technology & Operations and Channels Teams

• Support the development, launch, and tracking of acquisition campaigns

• Coordinate work efforts across stakeholders

• Analysis of data sets and presenting their findings and solutions


Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-focus marketing role
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Strong data management software skills (e.g., Excel pivot tables)
  • Experience in marketing, customer segment strategy, or supporting high value customers


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in Retail Banking
