Contract Length: 5 months
Location: Hybrid in office 1 day a week
Overview:
Our team is comprised of eight members. We manage the marketing requirements for Home Equity Financing (HEF). We have one Director, three Senior Managers and three Managers. Also an intern who is with us for the summer. The team is highly collaborative, friendly, and dynamic. We are seasoned marketers who care deeply about the work we do everyday.
Responsibilities:
- Typically 3-4 meetings a day with the cross functional team (Line of Business, CIDM, Digital Marketing, Sales Enablement, Marketing Integration).
- Updating of documents to ensure process moves forward smoothly – e.g. Marketing Requirement Documents, Go to Market documents
- Updating of financial spreadsheets – e.g. updating Budget Document when Senior Manager has approved new quotes or MPAs
- Respond to emails from team re Campaign details
- Reviewing and proofreading copy
- Managing end to end details for Direct Marketing Campaigns
Must Haves:
- Expertise in managing Direct Marketing Campaigns end to end
- Strong affinity for process driven campaigns
- Experience with MRM tool – ability to update Word and Excel templated documents and upload them to MRM tool
- Experience using Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Adobe PDF
Nice to Have:
- Financial experience
