Work Location:: Hybrid – 1x week onsite for moment that matter, Toronto 

  • Working with the Merchant Solutions Strategic Partnerships Team
  • The candidate will be an administrative support to the management team and assist with day-to-day record keeping, drafting documents for internal websites, preparing spreadsheets from several different data sources
  • Daily responsibilities include updating central book of record for partnership information, ensuring information is displayed accurately in reports, maintain records for each partner and ensure they are up to date, draft digital content, upload information to central intranet repository
  • Typical day – Meeting with internal team members to align on key objectives, data entry, researching the payment and fintech market, reviewing and optimizing existing data sets, documentation, analysis, drafting documents and digital content.
Must Have:
  • 4+ years experience as an Operations Officer 
  • Advanced Excel Skills (experience building macros would be an asset) pivot tables, complex formulas
  • Data entry experience, strong excel skills stronger must have
  • Adobe PDF 
Nice to Have:
  • Previous Macro building experience
  • Previous Web and Graphic Design experience
