Description:
Project manager will be a part of theHR Talent Management, Colleague and Culture Business Management team which provide support to enterprise Talent programs. Programs include the creation and execution of Leadership and Colleague Development, Colleague Listening, Talent Review, Talent Practices, coaching, career development and Executive Development.
Our project managers are support partners to Program Managers and Project Leads. Their key accountability is to mobilizing project teams to work collectively to rollout programs
They will focus on:
• Providing support to project leads/program managers prior to the project kick-off
• Ensuring project team resources know their role and scope
• Working with the core project team to build and execute project plans
• Identifying and mitigating risks and connection points (dependencies and collisions)
• Providing consolidated project management documentation
• Budget management
• Creating status and return to green plans
• Capturing and following-up on action items
• Creating a culture of appreciation created within project teams
