Our public sector client is looking for an Int. Solution Architect to join the Software Technology Platforms team and conduct road mapping for a cloud migration project.

Must Haves:

• 3-4 years experience as a Solution Architect
• Cloud (AWS or Azure) migration project experience

Nice to Have:

• Familiar with internal, external and hybrid cloud solutions;
• Strong knowledge of trends and emerging technologies
• Experience with virtualization including virtualized data centre environments;
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and iterative/Agile software development methodologies;
• Familiar with service-oriented enterprise architecture (SOA) including web services.
• Middleware Database SAP Contact Centre, Digital and Portal Platforms experience

Responsibilities:

• Interfacing and consulting with vendors, IT teams and business partners in scoping out high-level business requirements, leading investigations and developing strategic design of enterprise solutions.
• Identifying opportunities and proactively advocate to all levels of the organization on new approaches that capitalize on systems capability and position the organization for business change, increased efficiency, and cost savings;
• Providing tactical consulting on technology changes and develops solution recommendations based on impacts to business platforms.
