Int. Systems Administrator to support the MPS3 project by configuring print infrastructure and supporting print deployment

Our public sector client is looking for an Int. Systems Administrator to support the MPS3 project by configuring print infrastructure and supporting print deployment

Must haves:

• 3-5 years managing Printer deployments and operations
• Experience with ITSM tools like JIRA, HPE Service manager; 

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of Network Printing, Secure Printing and Driver configuration;
• Experience with Windows Server Print Queue Management;

On occasion - the employee may be required to assist in moving of physical hardware. Recommended the ability to lift ~50lbs.

Accountabilities:

• Support Windows printing services and third party print management application like Papercut MF, Pharos Blueprint, HP Advance;
• Provide remote and onsite hardware support (desktop, printers and peripheral devices);
• Manage all aspects of print operations and services including software, hardware and associated equipment; 
• dentify, create, configure, and manage current network print queues as necessary to include setup and testing of all print devices to include printers, multifunctional devices, and any other device requiring management through the print server infrastructure; 
• Oversee inventory management of all print equipment, systems and supplies; 
• Work closely with operations, technology teams and business to meet the printing needs of the department; 
• Assisting with setup and moves/setups of Print Hardware to different Locations.
