Our client in the financial software solutions industry is looking for an Int. Technical Support Engineer to work on a MailChimp migration project. - 21295764

Location: Downtown Toronto – Hybrid – 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday)

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Responsibilities:

 
  • Provides direct technical support to internal clients and appropriately triage reported problem.
  • Troubleshoot all issues related to but not limited to Kubernetes, dependencies with underlying AWS infrastructure and CICD pipelines.
  • Document all customer issues and their resolution steps in the knowledge base for future references.
  • Ensures learned knowledge is translated onto a Knowledge Base for internal use.
  • Generate custom reports on various different metrics as per requirements.
  • Develop a feedback loop with product and development teams based on the interactions with customers and from self-observations.
Must Haves:
 
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Kubernetes and Docker
    • AWS and Jenkins.
    • Linux OS
    • Troubleshooting network related issues
