Our client in the financial software solutions industry is looking for an Int. Technical Support Engineer to work on a MailChimp migration project. - 21295764
Location: Downtown Toronto – Hybrid – 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday)
Duration: 1-Year Contract

Responsibilities:
- Provides direct technical support to internal clients and appropriately triage reported problem.
- Troubleshoot all issues related to but not limited to Kubernetes, dependencies with underlying AWS infrastructure and CICD pipelines.
- Document all customer issues and their resolution steps in the knowledge base for future references.
- Ensures learned knowledge is translated onto a Knowledge Base for internal use.
- Generate custom reports on various different metrics as per requirements.
- Develop a feedback loop with product and development teams based on the interactions with customers and from self-observations.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Kubernetes and Docker
- AWS and Jenkins.
- Linux OS
- Troubleshooting network related issues
