Int. UX Writer to support the digital products and properties for a large insurance client - 4793

 

Duration: 1 year (possibility for extension)

Location: Remote

Candidates are expected to present a portfolio of their past work to highlight their UX/UI accomplishments/experience.

 

They’re responsible for writing clear, concise, and meaningful copy that guides users through the interface and helps them intuitively complete tasks. They work with the UX Designer to ensure product layout and copy work harmoniously together – making interfaces more usable, building trust, and ensuring copy embodies the voice of the brand.

 

Must Have Skills:

  • 3+ years of professional writing experience including web copy with a UX focus
  • Knowledge of the UX design / writing process
  • Insurance/Financial industry experience

 

Nice To Have Skills:

  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Experience working in Agile methodology

 

Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop clear, concise, accurate copy that aligns with the company's UX writing principles and brand voice, for their digital products and properties
  • Participate in discussions and whiteboarding sessions to understand the product ask, user stories and value to the user
  • Manage stakeholder consultations, present your work to various audiences, incorporate feedback, and ensure the steps are followed to obtain sign off from stakeholders and partners
  • Work with UX Designers to ensure that the UI meets the needs of the users
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure compliance with editorial standards and best practices for all content
  • Participate in user testing and analysis
