Our Oil & Gas downtown Calgary client is seeking an Intermediate Administrative Assistant to provide support to multiple IT Managers in the organization of records, financial budget, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination activities. This is an initial 5-month contract to start.

Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage and support more than one Director/Senior Manager at a time, for:
- Scheduling of calendars
- Booking meetings and travel
- Organizing third-party vendor and stakeholder activities
- Expense reporting and finance tracking
- Secretarial duties as assigned
- Experience handling confidential and complex activities (i.e., employee records, department budget info, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced and corporate environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- SAP experience
- Workday experience
