Our client is looking for an Intermediate Application Support Analyst with ITIL knowledge to support, troubleshoot and administer integrated applications with the operations team 2640-1

This role may require you to work afterhours 1-2 times per month for deployments

Must Haves:
  • 5+ years’ experience working as an Application Support Analyst
  • Experience Scripting with Python or PowerShell
  • Experience with Monitoring with either Splunk or AppDynamics
  • Familiar with ITIL processes
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge in Active Director(users, groups, elevated rights), SSO, Account Access Provision, Access Review
  • Create and maintain technical support documentation (e.g. operational procedures, support procedures, recommendations, progress reports).
  • Ensuring that the delivery of new Systems meet current Pre Production, Training and Production needs and requirements.
  • Development of Support Tools, code development, and implementation of the final solution.
  • Perform Root Cause analysis and work with the Problem Management team to track on-going issues.
